"I was highly impressed with my recent stay here this past weekend. I gifted my husband a getaway for Valentine day and I’m glad I chose Savannah. At first I was a little worried because I like to read some of the negative reviews. I have to say none were true!! First we were treated by the friendliest staff Jeff and their SUPER friendly kitty. We got there late for check-in, but he was pleasant and helped us with a quick check-in. We had the suite and let me tell you it was spotless. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels throughout Canada, Europe and many states in the U.S, and their place was the cleanest I have seen. There was nothing needed. There was a full kitchenette, fridge(that worked), dining table (with wine glasses), 2 TV’s, a super clean bathroom, a big hot tub, plenty of towels, a cute little fireplace, a couch, and balcony. Smelled nice! You get amazing views of the lake from the suite which is one that 2nd floor. I honestly can’t say if it’s the same from the lower rooms. The only thing that was missing was an ironing board & iron. Perhaps I missed it, but it wasn’t a big deal. My husband who is a hotel connoisseur (joking) even gave compliments on how clean it was here and even wants to come back. "We had a fantastic winter getaway at this cozy cabin! We traveled here from Connecticut on New Years for my girlfriend’s birthday and enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor amenities, and the easy access to great local restaurants/wineries. The cabin has everything you could need and the scenery is incredible. Jonny was a fantastic host - he went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We’re hoping to make a return visit in the summer!"
