"Room was OK. Furniture was not in great shape and could use some updating. Breakfast was sparse but not unexpected based on reviews I read prior to booking. All in all it was as expected."

"Room was not as clean… had a few insects in the bed. They did not come and clean my room daily while I was staying there. It smells like people be smoking inside some of the rooms. The pool did not seem clean, hot tub water was really murky."

"This reservation was CANCELLED because my room was not available after over an hour past check in time. I left a deposit when I got there, and was STILL charged for the whole night. 4 phone calls later, including a message to the manager got us nowhere. The reservation desk assured us that we would be credited and even gave us a gift for our trouble. I’m guessing she knew we would pay no matter what."

"Booked through Expedia. Arrived at night to check-in. Turn away due to overbooking, found another place to stay last minute. As a woman from out of town this was very frustrating. Had to pay for another room elsewhere. Never received a refund after 3 attempts."

"When we got to the hotel it was a $60 cash deposit that was not on the website which was okay but it was a couple in front of me that couldn't pay the $60 and they still let them stay but they made me pay then the receptionist had no good customer service skills she was mean and nasty and the room had chip paint stuff peeling off the walls no ice maker it was just a bad experience"
