Just 5 mins to MidAmerica Sports Complex, 20 mins to downtown KC, and 30 mins to the airport, Arrowhead, and Kauffman Stadium. Comfort and ease await every guest!

The Space:
Our home features four spacious bedrooms, each with a KING bed and ample closet space—perfect for both short visits and extended stays.
The basement offers a second living space with two trundle beds (four twin beds total), providing extra comfort for larger groups. Three full bathrooms are fully stocked with toiletries for your convenience.
Enjoy two inviting living areas: the main level living room is perfect for movie nights, while the basement living room is great for relaxing or accommodating guests. For even more fun, the garage has been transformed into a game room with foosball, air hockey, and a poker table. Parking is available in the driveway only.
The fully stocked kitchen includes beautiful dishes, glassware, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. For your morning routine, a fresh cup of coffee awaits.
Located in Johnson County with quick highway access, we’re minutes from Corporate Woods, Oak Park Mall, and Children’s Mercy South. A short drive takes you to KCI Airport, downtown’s Power & Light District, Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums, and even NASCAR.
Step outside to a private backyard and deck—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, soak up the sun, and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood vibe.

Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. The garage is a game room and not used for paking.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. Our home is located on tree lined streets of Shawnee, Kansas—one of the most charming neighborhoods in metropolitan Kansas City.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is readily accessible. The garage and driveway is usable. The neighborhood is great for walks!

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.

Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security camera are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.

The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks.

LOCAL GUESTS-we don't host locals unless preapproved. We reserve the right to decline local bookings if no proper preauthorization/screening is done.

Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.

I can’t even begin to say enough about this place! We stayed here for 3 weeks for a Kidney Transplant Surgery/Recovery. It was important for us to be close to KUMed and all amenities including a place to walk daily during recovery. The neighborhood is amazing and friendly with a safe place to walk. Owners respond immediately to messages. So clean and perfect for all of our caregivers and family to accommodate! Our family even took in a Chiefs game while staying with us. Only 30 minutes to the stadium and easy access. Definitely more than a 5 star review!
