Pulizia igiene e cura nei dettagli eccellente, la cucina tra le migliori di tutti i Resort visitati negli anni, operatori attenti e scrupolosi a tutte le esigenze, che dire a cominciare dai ragazzi che fanno le camere, agli operatori in sala ristorante, agli addetti agli spostamenti delle persone con piccole disabilità, ai ragazzi addetti alle piscine, ai giardinieri ai ragazzi della reception ed a tutti coloro che ora non ricordo ma che operano in quella struttura per il benessere del villegiante, un plauso di merito per il loro impegno. Nulla da dire sulla gentilezza del personale ma il resort non è adatto a famiglie con passeggini (l'ascensore è stato chiuso). La stanza familiare è davvero molto dattata e si nota in modo particolare la pulizia che non è il top. Cibo nella norma ma c'è un odore molto forte da nausea nella zona bimbi (che non siamo mai riusciti a capire cosa fosse). Devo dire però che con l ultra all inclusive (bracciale verde) è davvero TUTTO COMPRESO (gelati,pesce in zona piscina, lattine...)

Staff are amazing, food is sp yummy & huge variety. Snacks & pool bar are great, drinks are very good quality. Renovated rooms are wonderful, aircon is fully functional in the crazy hot weather. Pool & slides are so much fun, lifeguards are well trained. We loved our holiday. Would definitely come back
