The location is great - only a few blocks from the Bund and walking district. The customer services are above and beyond. I was taken care of by the great staff, including a food delivery services, when I got to the hotel late at night. The manager even provided stain remover! False advertising on Expedia. The picture shows the Peace hotel . Out taxi driver took us there . The conceige at the peace hotel said they have been complaining about this issue for a long time . However this hotel is 10 mins away. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor of a building on the back street .
