Top Shalden Hotel Reviews

pentahotel Reading
8/10 Good
"It’s an average hotel that does the job. Having to request and wait for an iron and ironing board doesn’t feel very “4 star”. Decent location for what I needed though and usually a decent rate compared with some other hotels in Reading city centre."

Lakeside International Hotel
8/10 Good
"Friendly service and clean property. You can tell that it was once a very prestigious hotel but now quite old-fashioned in its style - not a negative point, just an observation. Breakfast was good although not a huge choice. WiFi was not working and phone reception in the general area very poor. Room was cold in the morning but when the heating kicked in at night, I had to turn it down as it was overpowering. Overall fine for a short stay but not a whole lot to do here unless you are attending an event at the Lakeside complex."

The Hog's Back Hotel & Spa Farnham
10/10 Excellent
"Great stay for my kids and I. Great facilities, local amenities and spa was loved by my children."

Warbrook House Heritage Hotel
8/10 Good
"Room was okay. They put us out in the Grange even when that was not made clear in the booking and it did not seem that the main building was full. Rooms were decent but bathrooms especially need upkeep - missing tiles, tight handles for spout etc. Breakfast was better than expected had vegan butter / soy milk. Limited staff so not easy to get help etc. They had golf carts that should have been able to take people (especially old people in the cold) from one end to the other end of the property but no body around to drive them."

Red Lion Hotel
8/10 Good
"Clean tidy room All we needed for a overnight stay"

The Winchester Hotel & Spa
8/10 Good
"Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were good and we were travelling as a family at short notice and they managed to put the rooms next to each other as no adjoining rooms were available. Good drinks/tea/coffee/water/biscuits etc provided in the room. Our 13 year old used the pool but luckily the 11 year old had something else to do as they're only allowed in for just 1 hour a day which is rather restrictive. We would have like to have breakfast but it was a little pricey and room service added £4 per tray. It would have been good if we could have ordered a tray to share but that's not available so we skipped breakfast at the hotel. Very comfy beds!"

Village Hotel Bracknell
10/10 Excellent
"For the price the hotel was very good."

Village Hotel Farnborough
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Blue. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was lovely, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and the hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again!"

Easthampstead Park
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed in the annex building above the gym while working nearby. The receptionist was very friendly and talkative and rhe room only a short walk from the main hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with nice views over the woodland. The bathroom skylights were a nice touch, especially with the heavy rain. Breakfast was rather nice, with a good selection of buffet style food of a good quality."
