"Not only is the hotel located in a historic area but it is historic in itself! it is a very unique property with lots of charm. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean. You have to take this underground path from the main area which in itself was a nice little adventure! We loved our stay here and are looking forward to being back!"

"Overall & compared to other 5 star hotels this hotel offers best value .. A proper sized swimming pool .. Great breakfast / Great restaurant / Great rooms .. a 2 min walk to Tram that costs just €1.50 into city centre which is just a 10 minute journey"

"This is a very nice hotel. Well located and within easy walking distance of everything, including the station. The room was small but sufficient for our stay and the bed was comfortable. We were not disturbed at all by noise. We would have appreciated extra coffees in the room though we did get some from reception. The pool area is nice and well stocked with towels. We didn’t use the restaurant. Although we gave 4 stars we would return."
