The whole experience at Melia was amazing, over above greetings because Fernando and Luna corrected Expedia’s error. Great location, beautiful and clean lobby and rooms. The hotel was immaculate with all staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great variety and tasty. Extremely busy round the pool so tricky to get a subbed, but it was 38degrees in August so everyone wanted to be there not exploring.

Upgraded at check in, the extra food and beverage in their lounge was worth the extra money (as well as a more spacious suite). View from the balcony of the Plaza was amazing. Enjoyed lounging by the pool on some very hot days, but had to get there early before chairs and shade was all taken. Great place to stay in Sevilla, would book again!

Meliá Sevilla is a lively and busy hotel with events and conferences happening all the time. And because of high traffic it looks a bit worse for wear and tear. The sofas in the lobby need refreshing and the paint under our door to terrace were peeling and non of the lights in the terrace worked. Cleaners and staff were very good and efficient. The location is great. We will return.

The hotel amenities and staff were great. We booked a family room which was very small and basic and not what I expected. We were three adults and there wasn’t one drawer in both rooms. We had luggage and it was hard to store clothing. The bathroom did not have a separate toilet room which is difficult when staying with family. Also, there were no outlets in the master bedroom to charge a phone. I liked the hotel but would pick different category rooms.

Great located hotel right next to the Spanish Plaza and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Rooms were spacious and modern and very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is really good with and outdoor bar, just what you need to cool down and refresh in the afternoon heat and sun. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville.

Really lovely hotel with a great room and staff. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool area was a great space and we used the bar in the lobby and the pool. The food served in the bar was great and would definitely recommend the bar food. Easy location to lots of the attractions.
