This hotel is always very clean and the room cleaning staff greet you every morning without fail and they leave the room spotless.The receptkon staff afe very friendly and the pool area has evefything hou need.It has been 4 years since my last visit here and they have added a ketlle and tea/coffee facilities to the room which is a really nice touch.I hsd food in the pool bar which was really good.Definitely would return as its close to the shops and the tram id so convienent

Family room was huge, amazing bathroom with double shower and free standing bath. Beds are super comfortable and huge. Celebrated our anniversary and was let a lovely gift. Breakfast was amazing. Pool area is great. Would highly recommend. Approx 30 min walk to all the sightseeing areas so slightly out of the centre but the hotel certainly makes up for it!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Well maintained hotel. Comfortable and clean room. Good location from main sight seein points on the tram. Close to trian station for day trips to other cities. Pool is the real selling point. Have stayed in other hotels in Seville with pools and it is by far the nicest. Only negative - smoking around the pool. Man on sun lounger next to me chain smoked all day. No other sun loungers left in the shade to move to. Ended up with a migraine at the end of the day. There should be a dedicated smoking area. Not everyone wants to have smoke wafting in their face when they are trying to relax by the pool.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Comfortable room, very quiet and cozy. Great breakfast buffet - variety of meals also for vegetarian/vegan/gluten free… Very helpful staff, friendly and always attentive. El Corte Inglés right across the street, easy access to railway station, city center and local airport. We really enjoyed our stay there.
