Upon entering the apartment, you step directly into a beautifully designed living room, furnished with high-quality pieces that create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. From the living room, you can access a spacious private terrace, fully furnished with outdoor seating and offering unobstructed views of the city, an ideal space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and comes fully equipped for a comfortable stay. On this level, there is also a convenient guest toilet.
A staircase leads to the lower level, where you’ll find two bedrooms. One features two single beds measuring 90 by 200 and the other has a double bed measuring 150 by 200. A full independent bathroom serves both bedrooms.
The apartment is located in a privileged area for exploring Seville. Just across Avenida de Recaredo, you’ll reach the historic center, home to the city’s main landmarks and attractions. On the opposite side, the building backs onto a charming residential neighborhood, where locals live and where you’ll find plenty of traditional bars, typical restaurants, local shops, fresh markets, and supermarkets. It’s the perfect blend of local life and sightseeing.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
