"Our room was small but comfortable. There was enough for both of us to unpack and organize our belongings in drawers/shelves or on hangers behind the full length mirror. Even with that, we were able to stow our 4 bags in a cubby under the bed that was clearly designed for that purpose. "Breakfast was good, efficient and the buffet was open until 11am. Location was within walking distance to the under ground station and the train station. Made it very easy to get around as I found taxis & Ubers to be longer travel time than taking the train/tube."

"It was a nice place to stay. However. We were given a handicapped room which was not ideal. Im a tall guy and counter heights and the shower were geared for someone in a wheelchair. The bed was great and proximity to the train station was ideal. We took the Heathrow Express to the airport in the morning to catch a flight. Very easy. Much better than staying at the airport like we have in the past."
