"Otimo hotel"

"Excelente quarto"

"It was great seeing Yago, Regis, Humberto and Alinia at the Front Desk and Idejanie in the Restaurant, and Norton at the front door once again. Great staff that is always friendly and welcoming and one of the reasons why I have been coming to Castro's Park Hotel every year since 2014."

"Tudo ok ! Bem localizado"

Adoramos. Recomendo!"

The AC in the new room wasn't at its finest and wasn't cooling enough, but it got cold at the very last day finally. The telephone to call reception wasn't working so it was constantly cutting off, the shampoo bottles and soap bottles were full but weren't working well. When...
