Hotel was rated as a 4*. As i m an experienced traveler, i was expecting more of this property. They must have received the 4* when they first opened due to supposed facilities they had. Room was totally outdated, the pavement partially cleaned, there was issues with the light so that some lights turned on in the middle of the night, minibar was not existing, the minibar fridge was not working properly, the safe was not working, the bathroom tub - jacuzzi was not working either. We went for breakfast and the breakfast was almost non existing, very poor. When checking in i was asked what i want - they did not even understand that i wanted to check in. On check out i was not even asked how my stay was or anything. i would not recommend to anyone this property. Someone should revise their star rating to 1* or so as this is what it is in reality.

Στην τιμή των 52€ το δίκλινο, το ξενοδοχείο σου πρόσφερε ολα οσα είναι απαραίτητα για μια υπεροχη διανυκτέρευση. Το δωματιο ηταν πεντακάθαρο, μεγαλο, με μεγαλο μπανιο+μπανιερα. Δεν χρησιμοποιήσαμε το πρωινό και τις λοιπές παροχές, οπότε δεν εχω αποψη. Ευχάριστη εκπληξη στην πολη των Σερρών.
