Great hotel with convenient parking. Room clean and comfortable and staff is very friendly. Only negative - walls are thin and you hear every noise from hall and other rooms.

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal muy amable, las instalaciones excelentes y el desayuno muy completo. No está en el centro de San Marino pero tiene estacionamiento gratuito. La calidad-precio es fantástica y sin dudas volvería. Excelente!

Excellent hôtel où il est bon d’y séjourner. D’ailleurs il était prévu de rester une seule nuit, nous sommes restés finalement 2 nuits. Les chambres sont propres et grandes avec un grand balcon. Les produits de toilette sont de qualité. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking mais n’est pas très grand. La literie est confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Le seul bémol est que le centre historique est un peu loin à pied. Néanmoins, il y’a un bus non loin de l’hôtel qui amène au centre de San Marino, mais il n’y en a pas beaucoup

Absolut empfehlenswert! Ein so herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal – von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstücksservice – erlebt man wirklich selten. Dazu ein wunderbares Zimmer (inklusive fantastischem, kostenlosem Suite-Upgrade!) und ein erstklassiges Frühstück mit tollen glutenfreien Optionen. Wir kommen bei der nächsten Reise in diese Gegend auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.

Ha sido una de las mejores experiencias... con un upgrade increíble a una suite! Limpieza, un baño completo y limpio, con bata y pantuflas... dos pantallas de TV, cafetera, frigobar... etc, una suite padrísima. El personal super amable y atento siempre. El desayuno buffet... con muchas opciones de fruta, cereales, pan, etc. No duden.... aquí es el lugar!

Das Welcome Hotel liegt direkt an 2 sehr stark befahrenen Straßen, eine davon eine Schnellstraße, die von Autojunkies und Motorradfreaks bis spät nachts zu schnell und lautstark befahren wird. Irgendwo war zudem noch eine Party bis in die Nacht hinein. Ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen: wir hatten ein Deluxezimmer gebucht, Nr. 601 erhalten, ich rate davon dringend ab, ist das Geld nicht wert. Eines der lautest gelegenen Zimmer in Richtung der Straßen, trotz angeblicher Schallschutzfenster an Schlaf nicht zu denken, alle Türen schließen laut oder klemmen. Das Bett war unbequem und quietschte, das Badezimmer war zwar groß, rundum zuviele Spiegel, jedoch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, Waschbecken viel zu hoch, Vergrößerungsspiegel auf 1,80 m Höhe, die Badewanne rutschig und schlecht einzusteigen, Aufhängemöglichkeiten für die Handtücher in 2 m Höhe über der Badewanne !? Frühstück mit guter und auch gesunder Auswahl. Der offene Parkplatz war gegenüber der Straße, nicht sehr einladend. Das Zimmer sollte mal renoviert und das Badezimmer generalgereinigt werden, ganz furchtbar schmutzig war das Treppenhaus, der sichtbare Müll und auf fast allen Stufen teils faustgroße Staubknäuel wurden in den 3 Tagen nicht beseitigt…
