"Our stay was extremely disappointing, and we ended up leaving almost immediately. The apartment has no air conditioning and no fans, making it unbearably hot during the summer. "The back exterior wall of this hotel still bears a huge Sheraton logo. They have not been part of that chain for 10+ years. The halls are a bit musty and the elevators reflect neglect and the staff do not show true hospitality. A decent place to stay if you have an early morning flight from Genoa Airport, but that’s the only reason I’d stay here."

"Cleanliness was mediocre. The cleaning team was not doing a proper job, bed not made, no replacement towels, besides, one of the cleaners was constantly spitting while doing his job. Disgusting! "

"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well.
