"Super clean spacious rooms with friendly staff and helpful concierge service. The location is centralized and the price is fair for an4 star rating. Would highly recommend anyone staying in the MyeongDong to check out the Nine Tree by Parnas. "

"The room is a little bit tight, but not unexpected. It was definitely big enough to be comfortable have enough space for all belongings. It is very clean and modern. The bed and bedding is comfortable. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. Laundry facilities were better than expected. 4 Washers and 4 dryers (standard North American size)...though one dryer was out of service. I noticed other visitors take advantage of a nice shared kitchen. While the location isn't central any tourist sites and it's about a 5-7 minute walk to a couple of subway stations, it's in an area that feels safe. It's 10-15 min walk to busy Myeongdong area streets."
