"What a beautiful hotel. You must get the ocean view room. Completely worth it. They treat you like you’re a queen. Lounge coffee and vibe was nice. Pool was nice. Breakfast was great. If I can get back to Jeju, I’d stay here again."

"My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options."

"The room was spacious, clean and amenities are well provided, there’s even bedroom slippers. The only drawback was that the motion sensor light at door was faulty and it kept turning on and off while we were sleeping. We had reported it the next morning and staff said they would get it fixed. We had checked out by then so didn’t know if it was fixed. Front desk staff were polite and friendly. Location was near to jeongbang waterfall."
