Paradise Plus

Stunning property with beautifully appointed bedrooms with special enhanced lighting around the beds & bedroom. The pool and surrounding landscape was relaxing and provided perfect options for being in or out of the sun. The Manager was excellent fulfilling all of our requests. And the kitchen staff was superb.

The staff are a terrific support team

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Zenissima. Ketut, Benny and team were very good to us and couldn’t have done more for us. While we opted to make our own breakfasts and brought our own groceries, they did the clean up every time we used the kitchen. It’s a very well stocked kitchen and has the basics there. A beautiful fridge, freezer and all the cooler water you could need. Pool is spectacular, very clean and was serviced daily. As the rooms were as well. The location is convenient as well. And the best? You can walk to Jari Menari massage on Jl Seminyak. The best massage in all of Bali. Unless you want someone to come to the villa, they have that option as well.Very comfortable!

Beautiful Villa Resort Experience

The pictures and description of this villa truly do not do it justice. My family and I stayed for a week at this lovely villa and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We only had 6 people stay, but this villa is plenty big enough for full capacity without feeling like you are on top of each other. The villa itself was absolutely stunning. It has a fully outdoor feel to it as the living room/kitchen is open to the backyard/pool. Both rooms upstairs mirror each other with it's own view out to the pool and own bathrooms. Across the way are the two additional rooms with one being the master. The pool was incredible and, with the Bali sun, kept at the perfect temperature all day long. At night, the neon lights offer amazing photo opportunities and make for a fun night in. The villa staff is absolutely incredible. We ordered breakfast almost every morning, and there is plenty of food made each time. The villa is kept incredibly clean with daily service in the rooms and villa in itself. We utilized our driver, Ketut, almost daily as well as he was able to take us all over the island for our adventures. This villa truly felt like paradise. If Bali wasn't as beautiful as it was, we could of enjoyed the entire trip just within the place. The area around the villa is amazing with bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. I would recommend this villa 10 times over for anyone looking for a luxurious and fun place to stay for your holiday!

Beautiful property and amazing staff!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Upon arrival the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, and the pool was way bigger than we expected Best part of the experience was the kind and beyond attentive staff. They provided us with everything we needed during our stay, and also helped us with having all types of services easily available to us, and local drivers that could take us anywhere we wanted. There was also lots of food options, local shopping, and a convenient store all in close walking distance. Our house manager was so sweet and she was easy to reach and always got back to me within minutes. Would absolutely stay here again. Positives: 1. Amazing, kind, helpful staff 2. Gorgeous, spacious house 3. Walkable to many food spots 4. Availability to bring almost any service into the villa 5. Local drivers always nearby to drive you anywhere Very slight negatives: (these are TINY negatives compared to the positives and would not deter me from staying here again/suggesting it to friends, this place is awesome) 1. There is no walkable beach, this location is much more city centralized, if you are looking for beach/lush/secluded area this is not it 2. There are wild dogs in this neighborhood that did bark quite a bit at night, if you are a light sleeper I would suggest earplugs. Tips for future vacationers 1. Get Whatsapp installed before you go! This is the best tool for communication

Beautiful property

Beautiful property with an amazing pool! Close to Seminyak and all the amazing restaurants, shops and beach clubs. Staff were really helpful in organising scooters and transport for us. Bedrooms were comfortable and lots of space if you're travelling in a group.

Wow, amazing villa

The moment you step in the villa you get the wow factor instantly, I could not fault the villa it exceeded our expectations. All staff was friendly and helpful and it was clean and well looked after, location is good not too busy and a 20 min walk from bars and restaurants althought there is some around the villa if you do not want to venture too far along with cafes so location for us was perfect. We was celebrating a 50th birthday one day and the staff again went above and beyond to make this special. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when returning to Bali Thanks

Fabulous Villa

We stayed with family, 3 generations, and the property was fabulous. Huge pool , outdoor areas and everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms which were great. Katut was a good Manager and organised breakfasts, massages and a dinner at the Villa. Loved the coffee shop close by with the best coffee. The only negative was that the lanes to get to the main road were too dangerous to walk with so many cars and bikes and no footpath , so cabbed it everywhere. But the Villa was worth it.

Amazing villa!

Stayed in this beautiful villa for a week with family for parent's wedding anniversary. Bedrooms and entire house & property were tastefully decorated. The villa is very clean & modern. Staff was delightful, helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. The only issue was that power went out each time more than 2 people took showers at the same time in the villa. With 11 of us trying to get ready this created a challenge at times. However nothing that couldn't easily be fixed by flipping the switch on the circuit braker but still a little inconvenient. Lastly, the WIFI would not reach to the 2 units on the opposite side of the main villa. Those who stayed in those rooms needed to walk to the main part to get online. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to relax by the beautiful pool and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Will definitely be back next time.

Great Villa, but location was not ideal

The Villa was exactly as pictured. It was spacious, relatively clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. The downsides: 1. Location wise it was very far from Seminyak centre 2. Not many restaurants close by 3. "Chef" meals were not cooked by chef, but by the maintenance person and expensive for what we received. 4. Pool maintenance - this left a lot to be desired. Nearly our entire party of 12 ended up with ear infections. They also over chlorinated the pool in the morning to such a degree that 2 children ended up with chemical burns on their face and body. Children had to visit the doctor. 5. Shower drains completely blocked in the back two units. Positives: 1. Car hire was easy, friendly and inexpensive. 2. Staff were friendly and helpful 3. Great set up with open plan living

Amazing Place

It was even better than the pictures. The staff was very responsive and always available. They would help you get anything you needed. You could pay to have breakfast prepared at any time you wanted and I highly recommend it! The rooms were air conditioned and the pool was in great shape. The villa was less than 5 minutes from multiple very affordable restaurants and a minimart. In 7 minutes you could be at a main street. Would definitely stay here again if I ever get to come back to Bali. Thank you for a great week!

Nothing Short of Amazing!

I don't even know where to begin with this review. This property hands down was everything my party and I could have imagined and more. The property was exactly how it appeared in the photos. I took 11 people there to celebrate my 40th birthday and everyone was very happy. The staff was amazing and super friendly. They cooked for us, cleaned for us, helped with luggage and went out of their way to provide a superb level of service. The home is located in a perfect area and you can walk to many shop, restaurants and spas. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this one.

Just absolutely spectacular villa & staff

It was honestly hard for eight ladies to close their suitcases & head to the airport. The villa was so beautiful beyond words. Staff are amazing & so kind. We completely felt so spoiled. We had massages by the pool, breakfast & dinners made for us which were delicious. The pool was so beautiful. Bedrooms bright, very clean, huge bathrooms. Had an amazing time at the villa. All Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Security was great. Location is quite good, local shops in walking distance. Just be mindfull of steps when getting in & out of beds:) Thanks for making our family holiday fantastic.

Best luxury villa on Bali - we decided to come back once per year

We absolutely loved staying at this villa and decided to book again for 2020 right away. The rooms, pool and outdoor area are absolutely stunning. The staff and team of Villa Zenissima go above and beyond and fulfil all your wishes with great care. The bathrooms are absolutely amazing.
