Terutama mba di resepsionis yang sdh sangat membantu dlm proses refund. Rundown Hotel

The reception staff was not friendly. The room was very run down e.g the entrance door was broken, the wall in the hotel was dirty, the bedsheet also old and seem not change from the previous stay. The breakfast food was not nice at all.
