High-quality designer furniture in warm, bright colors - comfortable and cozy - and of course wonderful art determine the interior and make your stay beautiful in any weather. The heated floors are covered with Shivakashi granite or parquet. In the entrance area there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer and a guest bathroom with shower / toilet. On the one hand, from the entrance hall you can access the stylish study with a desk with Internet W-LAN connection and an elegant couch, which is also suitable for sleeping. On the other hand, from the entrance area there is also access to the wonderful, light-flooded living room on two levels, which conveys a very special spatial experience. Here is also the dining area with access to the balcony to the evening sun and with the open kitchen, which has been harmoniously integrated into the living area. This kitchen is equipped with the latest equipment, such as an induction hob with extractor hood with external ventilation, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and various small items of inventory, which completes the excellent equipment and also meets the requirements of ambitious hobby cooks. The spacious living area with the cozy seating area and a modern flat screen TV also has access to the large south-facing terrace. This offers enough space to relax on shapely, comfortable garden furniture or in the beach chair and allows a beautiful view of the garden architecture. This is also where the sunbathing lawn is located.A staircase leads to the gallery floor with the spacious sleeping / living area with impressive views in three directions. This sleeping area is furnished with a double bed, an integrated wall unit, a desk, a couch and a high quality textile covering. The tiled bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a glass front and has an optically extremely appealing, free-standing, English bathtub with a breathtaking view of the Lankener Bek in the marina of Seedorf with the wonderful sailing boats. So you can relax wonderfully - regardless of the changing seasons. On the left side of the main bathroom - optically separated from this - you will reach an area with a large shower and a cosmetic area with an extra sink. On the right side of the main bathroom, you enter a separate area with a toilet and a washstand through a sliding glass door. Here, too, a pleasant color composition and the finest materials flatter the eye of the beholder. The "Landhaus Gernitz" is a non-smoking house and ideal for 2 people. On request, it can also be booked with 4 people (children aged 14 and over). The in-house jetty can be used free of charge as a bathing jetty. A parking space is available on the property.
