"Room came with no remote to the TV. They had a Roku Tv, with no remote. Service desk gave me a remote but it wasn't for the tv. They tell you you got wifi, oh and there isn't a phone in the room. So I had to call the front desk with my phone to get the WiFi password, so I could use my phone, just to watch tv."

"The room was clean and it was a peaceful and quiet night of sleep. I appreciated the comfy bed and pillows. The air took awhile to actually cool the room off but it got cold after awhile (1+ hours). The breakfast was disappointing as the non-bread options were not replenished. I understand this at 9:55am. Not at 9.20am. The staff seemed annoyed to answer questions about the lack of breakfast food options or if they were being replenished."
