"The heated pool was quite pleasant. The exercise room was clean and had good equipment. However, the rooms themselves were problematic as the HVAC was very noisy and disruptive to sleep. The shower did not drain well and there was a large puddle, as if it was not installed level. The party and catering facilities were superb."

"If you’re looking to rest, this is not the hotel for you. Lots of banging that started extremely early in the morning and continued through out the day, ending around 11pm. The housekeeping team hung out on the floor starting at 7am, talking loudly, finishing mid afternoon. Bring your own multiplugs or extension cords as our room only contained two. I wasn’t thrilled with our stay and will choose differently in the future. "

"Fantastic staff"

"The room was uncomfortable with the stange bathroom set up with barely any privacy, the lack of a chair to sit on, the lack of comfortable blanets and pillows on the bed, the old TV that didnt allow for personal app sign in, and the lack of an outlet on both sides of the bed. Money was spent on the unnecessary design and not spent on making guests comfortable. Additionally, the check in experience was poor since we waited a long time while one agent checked her email instead of turning around to see a line had formed and the other agent took forever to get her attention. When we did finally get to check in, the email-checking agent was also quite rude in her attitude. The breakfast was awful with soggy eggs, greasy bacon, burned sausage, sticky oatmeal, and a toaster that burns the toast. So from the room, to the staff, to the breakfast, this was a terrible experience. Thankfully at least the bed was comfortable, the curtains kept out the light, and the space was clean - so the bare minimum was met. But at almost $900, I expect far more for my money."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking staff was extremely accomodating. Loved the ocean club. Bar was wonderful. Beach was great. Amenities were fantastic. Room was somewhat dated but very clean. "
