Worst experience I’ve ever had.
When we arrived, the showerhead was broken—spraying water sideways and soaking the entire bathroom and even into the hallway. I called the front desk, and someone came up, tried twisting it by hand, and said there was nothing he could do since they were fully booked. He adjusted it to spray at the ceiling instead and gave us extra towels, promising the room would be cleaned the next day.
We came back around 9 PM and nothing had been cleaned. I went back to the lobby, and someone was sent to swap the towels and bedsheets—but the new sheets were stained and torn. I returned to the front desk again, and the employee handed me a single clean blanket and told me to fix it myself. That night, my guest and I had to sleep with just that one blanket layered over dirty sheets.
I asked multiple times to speak with a manager and was told by three different employees that they’d pass the message along. It’s been over a week, and I still haven’t heard from anyone.
The service was unprofessional, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. You’re better off paying a little more and staying somewhere else. I would not recommend this place.
