When I booked a car and the driver was delayed, the staff quickly ordered another one through their phone and guided the driver exactly where to go. Despite being a little late for our intercity train, their support was outstanding—they even texted me to confirm I boarded the train. I didn’t miss it. That’s how caring they are. "Don’t stay here unless you have to be 10 minutes from the airport. The place is in disrepair. Among many other things, pieces of carpet cover the broken hall floor tiles. Everything is in need of refurbishment. Front desk staff look like they would rather be anywhere else. "

"Air conditioning was good in our room. The pool was clean and very refreshing. Breakfast was fresh food and good service from staff. We enjoyed our stay as we arrived very late from a long flight and this hotel is close to the airport. "

"We arrived on a late night flight. After waiting over 15 minutes for the shuttle we were checked in quickly & shown our room. This is a small hotel but nice. Our room was large with a comfortable king bed. The air-conditioner kept the room cool as long as we kept the bathroom door closed. We had had a balcony overlooking the pool. The included breakfast was good with a choice of fruit & cooked breakfast or continental."
