Perfect place for large group.

We were so impressed with the property and all it had to offer. It was able to accommodate our large group, the views were incredible, had a good number of bathrooms for people to get ready in, and it had everything we could even think of that we needed as far as accessories (kitchen, bathroom, etc).

Great Place

The home was beautiful, well-appointed and in a nice quiet location. This was a family vacation with 13 of us. Plenty of r5oom to move around, find a quiet space and have a full family dinner all together at the round dining room table. Kids loved the pool and so did all of the adults. hot spa was a real hit. But the best part is the responsiveness and accommodating efforts of Gerry and Kallen our wonderful host.

Beautiful property and lovely owners!

We were married on Baby Bell Rock early morning and held a family and friends dinner at the property for 19 people. It was perfect! The home is beautiful spacious and so well appointed with amenities, toiletries and linens. Gerry gave us a tour upon arrival and was gracious and welcoming. Highly recommend this property! 💕

Amazing home

Our family and friends had a wonderful stay. Views of Sedona from the upstairs balcony are spectacular. Pool and outdoor bbq/patio were a great space for families and kids. Host was very responsive and hospitable.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

Our 4 sons and their families met my husband and me for 5 days at Thanksgiving. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Owner met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. During our stay, he was quick to respond to our requests. One snafu was that one of the ovens wasn’t working, which set us back a bit on Thanksgiving dinner, but we made the best of it and had a delicious meal! Overall, our whole group, 14 people ages 3-72, heartily recommends this house!

October getaway

The place was great the owners were outstanding quick to answer any questions. The property was beautiful great location and quiet. Just Beautiful

Planned my best friend's bach/bachelorette party here during Fourth of July Weekend. Kallen and Gerry are very responsive. We had about 14 guests and this home more than accommodated us. There was plenty of amenities/supplies. I wish I didn't pack most of the supplies I brought for our event. Gerry kindly showed us around the house when we arrived. He explained everything to us to help ease the transition. The pool, BBQ, firepit were all clean and well equipped. We definitely enjoyed all the space this getaway had to offer. The view of bell rock is just stunning! Morning coffee/tea on the balcony to watch sunrise was perfect here. I've already recommended this getaway to my friends/family. Will definitely return here for another stay.

Graduation family celebration

Absolutely amazing. Gerry was there to show me around when we checked in and the listing did not disappoint. We had more than enough room for all of us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and all amenities (especially pool and spa) that were included. Morning and evening views were spectacular. Also, just sitting in the house of the morning was awesome. You don’t have to bring anything, it is all supplied. The backyard oasis…words cannot describe. I also enjoyed going and talking to Gerry when I seen him outside at his house. You will not find a better place for a large family gathering.

Oasis in Sedona

Wonderful and quiet place in the Oak Creek area south of Sedona. Very quiet neighborhood. Lovely pool with outdoor bbq and covered dining area. House is clean and comfortable with tons and tons of towels, cookware, etc and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended.

Villa di Sedona exceeded our expectations!

First and foremost, Gerry and Kallen are the nicest and most gracious hosts we've ever dealt with. My wife and I have rented several homes over the years, and Gerry was so very friendly and responsive, adding to the overall experience. The property itself was better than advertised! It was beautiful, clean, well-maintained and in a great location. We had (5) couples at the house and there was more than enough space and amenities for everyone. The pool/hot tub/BBQ area was spectacular and a great place to have a "house day" and not do any sightseeing! We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sedona area. The Perfect Bachelorette Weekend!

Villa Di Sedona was the perfect home for our group of 11 women who were there for a long weekend! Our whole group was so impressed by how organized and stocked the whole house is! From bath and beach towels to cookware, pool floats, toothpaste, and more…the owners do an excellent job of making sure you don’t have to waste time running to the store if you forgot something. They’re also very easy to communicate with. On our last night, one of the smoke alarms started chirping at 3am (low battery). We called the owners, and Gerry came right over to fix it for us so we could all go back to sleep. They were great. Our group highly recommends this place. Great Home!

The home was lovely and spacious. There are many great amenities and the owners are wonderful to work with if you need anything. They planned for everything in advance for their guests.

Wife’s Birthday

Wonderful house with lots of amazing amenities. The house was fully stocked. The backyard/pool area was amazing, like a resort. The views were spectacular. Gerry was always available if needed. It was a special time!

Another amazing stay!

We absolutely LOVE this property. The owners are wonderful and so thoughtful with the setup, even leaving s’mores ingredients out which the kids and adults alike were excited to see! Everything was clean and there was plenty of all amenities to get us through our stay. Thank you for another wonderful vacation! We’ll definitely be back!
