The room had tea and coffee making, air conditioning, Good size shower with excellent pressure. Excellent location with cafes below and next to the hotel. "Beautifully restored house in central Competa. Quiet with a sense of calm as soon as you ente the hostel. Tastefully decorated rooms. Great communal kitchen for those who want to be independent. Great roof terrace. Rafa and Ninet are lovely hosts with great knowledge of Competa and the surrounding area. Perfect place to stay if you want to spend some days in Competa."

"This property has incredible views over mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea. There was no one on site when we checked in. We received a message telling us how to get the key. The rooms are small and need updating. Paint is peeling off the walls. Late at night the hot tap broke completely and there was no one around but luckily there was a stop valve under the sink. You have to use What’s App to communicate which was ok the next morning. The restaurant is good but separate from the hotel...

The proprietor Maurice went way above and beyond—our car was struck by another car while parked in a village lot, and he took care of everything for us with the police, the insurance forms, etc. We would love to stay here again."
