Charming 3-bedroom villa in delightful Princeville with WiFi, AC Included

"The place did not look the way it did in the pictures, but the living room was beautiful and so was the updated kitchen and dining. Bedrooms were small. I somehow assumed we would get a view of the pool, but we did not. It must be my mistake. It was a short walk and we needed it a code to get in and eventually did not bother with the pool We could walk down to the ocean, but it was a steep path and we did not try it again It was listed for seven persons on Expedia, but there are really only six beds. My son had to sleep on the sofa, which was not ideal."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed as a family of 5. Plenty of room and very comfortable and clean. We loved the proximity to the pool. Also amazing is how close to the trail down to Anini beach we were."

"This is located in a private neighbourhood with private security etc, looked like rental properties or timeshares, well maintained and looks very nice but not quite the vibe we were looking for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a washer and dryer which was appreciated. No AC but many fans. Grocery store and restaurants located a short drive away at the entrance to the private neighbourhood for provisions."
