"It is located inside the Nirwana Resort. All the staff were super nice and friendly. The service is the highlight there I would said. We had one whole villa with 3 beds room for our family. Very quiet, pretty and comfortable. We enjoyed a lot of our stay there."

"As someone who has traveled to more than 80 countries, I have high standards when it comes to hotels, and this one truly impressed me. The beautifully landscaped grounds, stunning beaches, and exceptional staff make this property stand out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though a bit more space would make them even better. The breakfast buffet is outstanding—spotlessly clean, with an impressive variety of fresh, delicious options. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The entire staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel welcome. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Donnie, and the outstanding Executive Chef, Massimo, whose professionalism and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive. However, there are several excellent local restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals at more reasonable prices. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This is our 2nd time staying at this Villa. The service team was speedy in their response and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Renting of floats was expensive (S$50 for 2 floats for a day) The food from room service was average but the team had great recommendations on where to go for dinner which was excellent. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Will be back if I’m going back to Bintan."

"The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! Lunch at the restaurant was excellent and again the service was great."

"🌟Our family had an absolute blast at Natra Bintan! 🌟The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. We signed up for the kids' activities package at Treasure Bay—as hotel guests, we got a 20% discount, which is a fantastic deal since the vouchers can be used anytime during the stay. The dining was a highlight and there’s a great variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the near future! 🏊‍♂️✨"
