Check in was smooth and the manager was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and had a new floor finish and fresh paint. The bathroom was very clean and fully stocked. The room stayed comfortable in temp even with the record cold snap. Check out was seamless and there were even Dunkin Doughnuts! Great job!
Nasty dirty, bathroom stunk like mold and tub was filthy. I’m not a clean freak I don’t need things perfect but this was sleep on top of covers gross. Plus most people staying there are long term drug users.

I think this is solidly a "two star" motel. Check in was smooth. They've done some recent updates to the rooms, but the work was a bit sloppy with things like door trim missing. Cleanliness was an issue. The bed seemed clean, but the bathroom had a good amount of hair on the floor and fixtures, there were chips on the floor of the main room, and the parking lot had an excessive amount of litter and cigarette butts. Some of the people that live in the motel seemed a little "rough", which made me wonder if it was a good idea to leave my laptop in my room or not. The second day of my stay the police showed up beating on my door looking for someone I assume was in a different room, which kind of confirmed my intuition. Anyhow, it wasn't a horrible stay, but it's definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation.
This is a place I would not send my worst enemy. We arrived around 11 pm, & despite calling earlier to say what time we were arriving, the office was closed. We had to call someone to meet us there. The rooms were prepaid, yet we were required to fork over $90 in CASH (no other form of payment accepted) for some type of "tax" before getting our keys. The clerk told us our rooms were "around back on the second floor," but didn't tell us there were multiple buildings on the site. The four of us women (average age 71) were forced to walk around a very poorly lit parking area strewn with broken down cars, and up down several sets of steps with our luggage before we found our rooms. There were unsavory characters hanging out in the area and on the shared balconies. We did not feel safe. The poor lighting continued inside the rooms, which may have been on purpose so we'd have a hard time seeing how filthy they were. The rooms were grimy, reeked of cigarette smoke, had holes in the walls, & hair in the bathtub. One of the beds had clearly been slept in with rumpled up linens and sand in the sheets. Although there was a sink, no glasses or cups were provided. No ice was available. If we hadn't been exhausted from traveling all day we would have left. In hindsight, we should have. In the morning the office was still locked so we had no access to coffee or anything else for that matter. No swimming pool either. We left the place around 7:45 am and office was still locked. Disgusting!
Worst hotel ever. Couldnt stay. There was a hole in yhe window roaches everywhere. Pictures were way different. There were people and police harrasing everyone in the parking lot. I wany my money back.

For one there was no one I. The office when we got there, bust service even called to try and get an answer and no response. Second the place was dirty and people live there it’s not a normal hotel. Third after no response, Expedia and the place won’t refund my money plus we had to pay for an additional hotel at 9pm and got lucky because everyone around was booked . So off to the bank to file a claim.
We gad to call yo get someone to check us in . We were charged extra fees that normally dont have to . Their card reader was down so luckily had cash . Bed was like a cot , very uncomfortable. Will definitely never stay here again ! Very disapointing.
This property is possibly a step above a trap house. When I arrived I immediately noticed the amount of people lingering around and felt absolutely uncomfortable staying there. I contacted the property and said that I felt unsafe and wanted a refund which they initially agreed to but then refused to go through with the refund. The name on the listing isnt even the same name as on the property sign.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
This is so unprofessional…
When we got to the place, not only they gave us a smoking room that smells and stink, but they told us that they have no other room available…
When I called to speak with the lady in front, she told us to contact expedia to tell them to contact her boss, which i did.
Today, i received an email saying that this place refused to refund me my money!
I am going to report you to the police. Smhhh…
I travel for a living and this is the worst place I’ve been so far. Shower floor was full of mold. Room floor was so dirty I’m throwing away my socks. Looks like people live there. Had to call someone to check in and check out. Inconvenient. Cash deposit. Inconvenient. Hotels.com should take this one off their list.
