About this property

Central District 4BR Townhouse — Private Rooftop Deck, Walk to Light Rail

  • A 4-story Central District townhouse with a private rooftop deck and Seattle skyline views — floating stairs, open-concept living, and four bedrooms across three floors with the city above it all. Judkins Park Light Rail Station is a 10-minute walk — downtown Seattle in 10 minutes by train, SeaTac in 20, Lumen Field two stops away. One of the most walkable locations in the city, with Capitol Hill restaurants a short stroll and the International District one stop by train.

The distinctive design makes this home memorable — floating stairs connect four floors of open, light-filled space, with the rooftop deck as the crown. Hotel-grade Sealy mattresses, a fully stocked kitchen, and central AC throughout make the day-to-day as comfortable as the setting is distinctive.

    THE HOME

Four floors of open-concept modern design — floating stairs, open-concept living on the second floor, and a rooftop deck at the top with Seattle skyline views. The master bedroom on the third floor has a private en-suite bathroom with a tub — the most privacy-rich room in the home. The rooftop deck is furnished and accessible from the master floor.

1st floor: Bedroom 1 (two doubles — one trundle pull-out), Bedroom 2 (queen), shared full bathroom with standing shower

2nd floor: Open-concept living room with AC, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom

3rd floor: Bedroom 3 (two doubles — one trundle pull-out), Bedroom 4/master (queen, private en-suite with tub, AC), washer/dryer closet

4th floor: Private rooftop deck with Seattle skyline views

Note: Bedrooms 1 and 3 have trundle configurations — two double beds per room that pull out from one frame. Master bedroom has private en-suite; other bedrooms share 1.5 bathrooms across floors 1 and 2. Stairs required throughout — 3 flights between ground and rooftop. 1 off-street parking spot right of entrance. Queen air mattress available on request for groups over 8.

    THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Central District sits at the geographic heart of Seattle — walkable to Judkins Park, a short rideshare to Capitol Hill, and one stop by train to the International District. The neighborhood has a strong local food scene and is surrounded by some of Seattle's most beloved green spaces. Judkins Park and Jimi Hendrix Park are a 10-minute walk. Capitol Hill's restaurant and bar corridor is a short rideshare or two stops by train.

Popular spots nearby: Kedai Makan, Optimism Brewery, Starbucks Reserve Roastery, Pie Bar, Rhein Haus, and the Garage for late-night pool and bowling.

Our crew had an amazing time at Sherry’s beautiful modern condo which was centrally located. They were excellent at communicating and check in was a breeze.

City Life

Spent a week in Seattle for our daughter’s graduation. Our accommodations were perfect; had all the comforts of home and in an ideal location to all that the downtown has to offer and not too far from UW! Win-win. We enjoyed our neighborhood strolls in the mornings too. We would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay with you very much. Thank you for the coffee! It was easy checkin, bedrooms and bathrooms were great......SUPER SHOWERS! We had a problem with the wall heater in the living room last evening. It made a shuddering sound intermittently with no heat. We did not actually need any heat and reported this. Overall, it was a great stay.

good extended family place

We just shared house with extended family in town for wedding. We enjoyed the open living place for visiting. Ease of accessing and traveling to other city areas was very helpful in our stay. Communications with host went very well

Very Nice

The house was clean and pretty well stocked. We were a family 8 and had lots of room. Beautiful view from the top floor balcony. The kitchen was nice with two coffee makers. One a Keurig and the other a drip coffee maker. Bus pick up about a block away and street car about 2 1/2 blocks away. Nice coffee shop about a block away. Also a nice park for the kids about 300 feet away. We had a very nice stay.

Will not stay again

Arrived at the house at 4:15pm to find it was still being cleaned and ultimately didn't get into the house until 6pm making us late for dinner reservations. When talking to the property manager she stated it was a communication barrier with the cleaning crew and that the house was clean and they were finished- obviously not, because they were still vacuuming. I felt unheard, Sherry the main contact was difficult to deal with. The house had ants in the kitchen and the bathrooms. There was water damage to the baseboards and the beds were uncomfortable. If you're looking for the address on the home, they were ripped off the side and thrown on the ground from a prior person. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this house to anyone. (Feel bad leaving a bad review, but I hate spending hard earned money on a place that didn't fit the actual listing)
