The staff will not clean your room until asked and only every other day. We contacted the front desk the day after arrival and asked that our room be service. They informed us that the cleaning staff had departed for the day. We subsequently requested that our room be cleaned the next day at 1:00 pm. The next day we returned in the evening to our room unserved. I promptly walked down to the front desk and inquired as to the reason our room had not been cleaned. The staff member stated to me that they had no record of our request. Unhappy with the lack of service I requested a set of towels and sheets. She had only a set of towels on hand as she stated that there were other customers that also requested sheets and towels and she need to retrieve additional quantities of towels and sheets in their linen room some distance away from the front desk counter.
There as no mention of the room cleaning frequency or the need to request cleaning on their website.
We certainly will not stay at this hotel again and I have posted this review with my family and friends.
