"i tried to cancel a booking at least 5 days ahead of the booking and never received a confirmation from anyone. the room booked was handicapped rated and i’m not handicapped. i booked thru booking. com and the amount for the room $175.00 was deducted from my account. i also was given a contact number for the corporate office in finland to settle a dispute the charge. so now i have to go thru the dispute process no one ever called me back from the booking. james bartch"
