The entry level boasts a designer kitchen, an open living area, and a floating staircase with glass walls. Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a private bath. The large private rooftop deck with a gas hookup is perfect for entertaining with views of downtown Seattle. Downstairs, enjoy a den that opens to a covered patio, along with a full-size laundry area and additional bathroom. The rare underground private garage includes extra storage for your convenience.

QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.



BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Guests must be 18 or older with the legal capacity to enter a contract. The person named in the reservation must be present during the stay.

Other Things to Note:

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.



Electricity Use

A daily electricity allowance of 75 kWh is included. This is more than enough for standard usage. Any excess will be billed at local utility rates and shared with guests after the stay.



TERMS OF SERVICE

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
