"Super helpful staff, manager even put a little surprise in the room for my daughter and her bride! Clean, spacious, comfy, easy walk to Pike Place and Seattle Art Museum. (It is a few blocks of uphill walking back.) Great stay!"

"Just booked for one night and it was a pleasant stay. Booked a king bed. Room was clean and tidy, room was cooled perfectly and the staff were great. Opted for the early check in ($25) and was worth it. Also we chose to do the continental breakfast and you get a small selection at the Pacific Cafe (which was very tasty). Overall, great quick stay and would book again."

"I had to stay a couple of nights. It had everything I wanted and more. The patio is well thought out and lovely, breakfast was generous, pool clean and safe, gym well stocked, location convenient, staff helpful and supportive. My only complaint (and I have this for most American hotels) the hot water tastes like coffee. A designated hot water carafe would go a long way to making the place perfect. Coffee flavored hot chocolate for me is fine but coffee flavored chamomile? Am I alone in this??"

"We love this place when we travel with our dogs. All the staff are amazing and helpful. They love our dogs and treat them like family. The only thing annoying about this place is their elevator, it’s slow and small and they had one down when we were there. They were fixing it while we were there. We love this place and we just allocated extra time for the elevator, took the stairs when we didn’t have luggage, we stayed on the 8th floor. They also have free beer in the lobby every night. Super cool way to meet other travelers."
