Wow wow wow! I travel a lot around the world and have experienced many amazing hotels but this hotel really stood out. The detail of luxury and calmness really made a difference. From toiletries to bedding and lighting and bathroom fittings - the list goes on, I simply could not find fault. I felt spoilt, calm and pampered and actually did not want to check out. Great hotel, super clean and comfortable. The one negative is vallet staff was supposed to charge our car and they didn’t. Caused a hustle early morning.

You MUST book a stay here. It gives the warm hug you need in your Seattle travels. This is by far the best hotel ever. The doorpersons greeting, all the friendly staff and restaurant server(Heidi) all rer winners!!! Really nice and engaging. Very knowledgeable staff in restaurant for certain. Mark the driver of the Audi car with complementary local drop off was above and beyond. Professional and very personable. This location puts you in a walkable safe area. My room is as super clean and the ascetic was uber vibey. Slept like a baby. I will most def be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff but they can use some more training specially the concierge you expect some better recommendations from a 5 star hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle.

The room/hotel was clean and in a great location! The shuttle service was very helpful for drop-offs in a 2 mile vicinity. The staff was warm and welcoming every single time we entered the hotel and made me happy to stay there. I definitely will come back in the future! The aesthetic is beautiful. ;) Thank you for a positive environment!
