Excellent stay. The only issue I encountered was that the shower had a leak because of which it was leaking a stream towards the shower curtain, coupled with the shower curtain itself being backwards, causing a lot of water water to spill after the first shower taken. Once I fixed how the shower curtain was attached, the water spillage was minor (not zero) because of the leaking stream towards shower curtain. Staff was exceptionally helpful.

The place was pretty great for such an old property. However, our room temperature was not good and our gas fireplace was not working properly, so these 2 things made the stay not as good. The staff brought in a space heater, which really helped the 2nd day, so that made our stay much better. The staff really made the place overall great.

The property could use an update. Im not sure if it was just a busy new years but people were very loud early morning. Suggest opening an hour at night for adults only in pool and hot tub. It was crowded and super loud.

Had all the amenities we were looking for: beach view, separate bedroom, pool, breakfast, small kitchen! The rooms were clean, but just seemed a little sad and worn. We had a broken mirror, a fire without glass, and a screen in the window falling out. Two box fans was wonderful! But one of the fans was broken and would not turn on. The fridge was turned off and the bathroom while clean, does seem ready for a remodel. The pool was so very cold that we could not stay but a few minutes… however the hot tub was lovely and made up for it.Despite these small things, this hotel worked wonderfully for our family with small children and we would stay again.

We loved this place! We have stayed at several hotels in Seaside and this is our new favorite! Amazing prices for the value. We stayed in the three queen bed option, a great option if you have kids or even for a girls trip! Love the full kitchen with eating/cooking utensils, and big fridge too. The beds were comfy… soft mattress and nice thick comforter. The pool was warm and breakfast had lots of good options. The free cookies at night was a nice touch too! We definitely recommend staying here!
