Fully updated luxury Shore House 1.5 blocks to Beach/Boardwalk

A completely luxurious designed home located just one block from all the Jersey Shore has to offer. Included are 3 parking passes for town as well as 10 badges making it super easy to enjoy the beach, boardwalk, rides, and attractions, all just steps from your home! This fully updated home contains 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, 1 outdoor shower, as well as an additional outdoor rinse station.

As you enter the main door you walk into an open concept living room and dining room with brand new luxury plank flooring, which continues throughout the entire home. You will find a spacious sectional couch to fit the entire family (which also is a center sofa sleeper fitting an additional 2 guests if need be) all wrapped around 1 of the 4 smart TVs located in the home, as well as a beautiful fireplace creating the perfect ambiance for when settling down for the night. The dining room is centered with a counter height table equipped with wine storage underneath with seatings of 4 chairs, a bench and 2 stools, all under a beautifully matching chandelier. Adjacent to the to the dining room you will find the first floor fully updated bath, and as you continue to the back you will find a cozy fully stocked kitchen, as well as separate coffee staton area overseeing the dining room. Upon exiting the house into the backyard you will find a the covered outdoor shower to the left and the rinse station to your right in the yard, making it easy to clean off after a wonderful day at the beach.

As you head upstairs you will find the home's feature full bath along with 3 full size bedrooms, each with their own smart TV. The master is situated in the middle of the three rooms and has a queen size bed with plenty of drawer space underneath as well as a nightstand and closet to fit all your wardrobe needs. The front room and larger room contains a full size bunk with a twin bed both on top as well as a trundle twin bed underneath, and has additional full size standalone bed, sleeping up to 6. The room also has the largest TV in the home, making this the perfect room for the kids to make wonderful memories. Continue out the front of this bedroom and you will find the front balcony situated with 4 chairs, perfect to soak in the morning sunrise. The last and final bedroom located in the back contains a full size pulldown Murphy bed, allowing for plenty of space to come and go from the back balcony, which is situated with 2 chairs and overlooks the rear of the property.

With its luxurious and cozy style, this home is the perfect summer rental for family and friends.

floors diry, ice trays not clean. sofa broken and smelly. said 12 bades only 10. walk way a little ruff. tras cans all full. Didnt know date to put twem out. my and arent workin . ad to was dises. Cob webs in lit fixturer.

Perfect location!

Rob was a great host—very responsive and answered all our questions before arrival. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults, 3 teenage boys, and our Basset Hound. While the home might appear a bit larger in photos, it was still perfect for us—we never felt cramped.Our dog loved the yard and enjoyed watching the world go by from the front porch. The hot water was amazing (even after multiple showers!), and the beds were super comfy. The only minor drawback was some nearby construction during our stay, but that had nothing to do with the host.We had a fantastic time and plan to stay again for our annual Seaside trip. Thanks again, Rob!

Bachelorette weekend

We visited Seaside Heights for my daughter’s bachelorette getaway and this house was a great place to stay! There were 8 of us and the accommodations were simple, but comfortable for our stay. A couple things came up but, Rob was very responsive to the needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Much smaller than the pics make it look, but still did the trick for a fun weekend in seaside.

Overall my group had a great time, Rob is a very kind, reasonable, and responsive host, and the house came largely without any issues. The photos in this listing are probably the most effective use of wide-lens photography I've ever seen, and they make every space in this house look much larger than it actually is. We are not big people by any means, and I would say that 6 of us filled the place comfortably. Also, the living room is garden level so it doesn't get a ton of natural light, making it not a great spot to hang during the day. However, the front porch was a great place to hang out. Rob listened to feedback from previous guests and provided good towels. Porch chairs are a tad flimsy but we weren't worried about them breaking. Still, Rob seems dedicated to improving the chairs, adding some backyard furniture, and making the place better in the future. House was clean and had all the amenities described, except that the wi-fi was giving us <1mbps speeds, so it was basically unusable. To Rob's credit, when I mentioned this, he promptly got on the phone with me and Verizon to try to fix the issue. However, Verizon couldn't help, Rob was out of state and the maintenance person listed on the welcome sheet was unresponsive, so we remained without wi-fi for the trip. After the trip, Rob was apologetic and understanding, and we were able to agree on what I think was a fair a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, I would stay again!

Clean and Convenient

The house is very nice, close to the beach/boardwalk and accommodating! Clean linens are provided and the beds are comfortable. One bed is a Murphy bed and there’s a gap but the mattress is new and still comfy. We had three toddlers there and they loved chilling on the big couch after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. The place is very clean and the bathrooms are updated. Outdoor shower fit all three toddlers at once ;) One of my favorite things about this house was how quiet it was-not like some places where the walls are paper thin. Everyone slept well. There is a liquor store next door but honestly we enjoyed sitting on the outside deck people watching and when we turned in didn’t even hear a peep. The fenced in yard was great for our small dog. It’s a very short 3 block walk to the beach. Thanks to our hosts for such an amazing stay- we had a great time thanks to the care you’ve taken to make the place like a second home!

Not quite as described

The best was to describe this is it wants to be something it isn’t. The location is anything but where a luxury property should be. That, however, can’t be helped. The interior has some nice updates to it. It also has a hole in the wall in the powder room, as well as a broken window. The maintenance people explained that owners are aware. There are towels only upstairs in the main bath, but housed in a cabinet that is broken with exposed shard end screws. The towels are threadbare feeling , as oof purchased second hand. some are stained. Some of those towels should have at least been placed in the powder room before guest arrival. Furniture is in great condition, save for the plastic Adirondack chairs, which can collapse its back legs at any given moment and did daily during our stay. We needed help to get out at times. The beds were extremely comfortable. TVs worked fine. Kitchen was stocked with enough equipment to cook with, but absolutely not one spice, oil, etc. they have a few now because we left ours for the next occupants. We also left aluminum foil, ziplocks, and a few other necessary things that should already be in a luxury rental. No kitchen towels, either. Washer/dryer is outside but works great.

The house was very clean and the pictures ate accurate. Hiost was very responsive to my questions. Short walk to boardwalk and beach.

Girls Weekend Getaway!

Me and my friends had the best little girls getaway this weekend! This house is only 2 blocks from the beach and the boardwalk! It’s perfect in so many ways! It was very clean and cozy! The decor was beautiful! The couch was very comfortable! The beds were very comfortable as well! We will definitely rent from Tammy and Rob again! They answered all of my questions when needed! You will not be disappointed! And the price is very fair! It is definitely just as pictured! If you don’t mind sleeping in the same room with other guests then the one room can fit 6 people! We did not mind that for a girls trip at all! We had five girls so everyone had a bed to their own! Thank you again Tammy and Rob and I will definitely be staying again! Lorie

Wet Weekend getaway.

Weather was horrible.. but, at least we had a nice place with smart tv's and a colorful elevtric firepalce to make.the most of it .if we had been in one of the crappy motels (there are no nice motels in seaside heights) it would've been a complete waste. This house is in a perfect location for nice weather though. Short walk to the beach boardwalk. House is right between a liquor store and a mini golf course for extra summer fun!

Sweet Rental

This is likely the best value within two blocks of the beach and boardwalk; great location! The house is a little small but it fit our family of 6 adults and 3 kids perfectly! The included beach passes, parking passes and gas BBQ grill in the backyard were a total plus! The owners/property managers were appropriately communicative and shared responses to questions promptly prior to our arrival. They even provided an extra benefit I inquired about - they are very kind.

A bit over rated

Twice as far from beach as stated, located next to liquor store, homeless camp and flea bag motel. Clean, but with one used coach. A complete luxury upgrade is stretching it a bit . A little small for the amount of people it reputable holds. On the plus: side beach passes, parking permits and good communication were useful.

Very accommodating and great location

This was a last second rental and although the owner was traveling, he was more than willing to assist us with any questions/concerns. The house is going through some remodaling but it is lovely and will be even better once the "face lift" is completed. Beach and boardwalk were 3 blocks away, with plenty of restaurants and activities for everyone's choosing. I would highly recommend this rental and owner!
