"The Hotel is a little dated but the norm for a town like Coldstream. The food was good, the breakfast excellent and the staff really cared about the clients. We enjoyed it and the locals were friendly and the service for our dog excellent."

"Wonderful guest house in great location overlooking the beach. Free parking in front of the guest house and opposite the coop. Great room and delicious freshly cooked breakfast. Couldn’t believe we saw seals in the harbour and a great place for scuba diving."

"After a long journey we were so pleased to stay at this B&B, we received a warm welcome, the building is beautiful with lovely views and our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. "Staff and food were very good but stay was let down by a few niggles. I had booked a table for dinner but there was no record of it when I arrived. I had also asked for a room with a walk in shower but didn't get it. The biscuits on the tea tray were the smallest pieces of shortbread I have seen made worse by having no biscuits at all on my second night. The tea bags had not been replenished and why leave 3 cartons of long life milk for 2 people? I have stayed in many hotels with my dog and this...
