"The Grand Hyatt Berlin is a good hotel with an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city's main attractions, shopping, and restaurants. That said, I expected a more refined experience from a five-star hotel. While the property is comfortable and well maintained, the overall atmosphere and level of service did not consistently meet the standards I associate with a luxury hotel. The service was polite, but it lacked the attention to detail and personalized care that truly distinguish a five-star experience.
