I booked 2 rooms, mine was very clean and comfortable. My friends room had not been cleaned, there was condoms in the bin, no bottle of water as it had been used and no staff to contact to change room!!!

The room itself was fine. But just a few hours before arrival (and after the free cancellation window) the hotel emailed us to say they were overbooked and they had rebooked us into another hotel. Free parking was just for 4 hours (not overnight). On arrival we couldn't work the touch screen and get our automated key so had to stand outside in the freezing cold for 10 minutes while phoning for help. After leaving we got an email from the original hotel saying that we were a "no show" and would be charged for that hotel too …

Fenster zum Zimmer im Bad

Wir waren nur eine Nacht bei euch, da Freunde in der Gegend geheiratet haben. Was super geklappt hat, war der frühe Ceck-in. Vielen Dank dafür. Auch das Zimmer war für den Zweck total ausrechend. Das Frühstück war gut. Was tatsächlich nicht geht, ist das Fenster zum Zimmer im Bad. Was soll das? Es ist für mich eh unverständlich, dass immer mehr Hotels nicht vollständig schliessende Glastüren zu den Badezimmern machen. Ja, auch bei euch hatten wir so ein dünnes etwas, das die Bezeichnung "Türe" nicht verdient hat. Die Privatsphäre auf der Toilette will ich auch in der Partnerschaft aufrecht erhalten. Aber noch ein Fenster ins Bad zu bauen, wo man vom Zimmer aus schön zuschauen kann, wie der andere auf dem WC sitzt...? Besonders, wenn im Bad das Licht an ist. Warum?

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Die Restaurant Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt an einer viel Befahrenen Strasse, es gibt aber eine Lüftung im Zimmer, so schläft man ruhig bei geschlossenem Fenster
