One of the nicer places I’ve stayed at, staff was very friendly. Place was very clean. Rooms were very big. They offered a lot for breakfast including scrambled eggs, bacon in other hot foods.

The parking was easy and safe. However, we couldn't tell we were at the Hyatt because we never noticed the sign for the hotel. I had to go inside and ask if were at the right place. The room was exceptionally clean. However, the eggs at breakfast we a little to well done and a little dry.

We did not bring our dog - we did see other residents with them. The staff was incredibly friendly. Although our accessible room was not ready when we arrived (as the special request was not transmitted by Expedia) - the day front desk manager, Henry stayed until it was set, and helped us to bring our stuff into the room. He talked with my husband at breakfast the next day and sincerely wanted to know how the room worked for him to navigate in the wheelchair. Jack, and all the other staff were great. Place is brand new and immaculate, and fully accessible with wide doorways, excellent parking and entry.

The staff were lovely - each person I interacted with - two different people at the front desk (Liz and, unfortunately I didn't get the other person's name) and one person at breakfast buffet - were helpful, professional and kind. The gentleman working at the breakfast buffet on March 18 was attentive, polite and helpful - he checked in with me to ensure I was having a good experience, and checked back in a few minutes before the breakfast area closed to make sure I had what I needed and that I knew that breakfast was ending soon in case I wanted to get anything more before they closed. My room was well equiped, clean and quiet. Overall a very nice experience.

Stayed here for one night with my family. We all loved the hotel and agreed we’d stay again. Room was spacious and clean with lots of storage space and a cute seating area… sofa is a pull out bed. We had breakfast in the morning… it was as expected. I would recommend a waffle station or pancake station. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on it. Only issue… room did not have enough towels provided. We were four (Hubby, teenage son, teenage daughter and myself) to the room and were given three towels. My husband called front desk 2 times for additional towel and was told they would bring it to the room, it was never brought. As we were leaving for an event we went to front desk and spoke with staff, who said he would personally bring it to the room. It was not brought and so I had to share with my hubby. Besides that issue our stay was wonderful.

This hotel just opened and we were excited to stay here. When we arrived, it looked to be <50% occupancy, so we were disappointed that we didn’t get a room with a river view. The room was well laid out and very clean. However, on our first night there, we were unable to sleep due to loud noise coming from the room above us. After two calls to the front desk to report what we could only surmise to be a noisy, unruly guest, or late night construction, we had to pack up our belongings and move to another room. There was no explanation or apology given. We were just handed key cards and directed to a room one floor below. We could still hear the faint noises. Needless to say, we slept in the next morning and missed breakfast outfit by almost 30 min. We went downstairs and they were unable to provide us coffee as the urns had been removed. Thankfully, there is a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts close by! This hotel has a lot of potential. Our first impression was ok, not great and not terrible. The location is great. There are several nice restaurants with them walking distance. We look forward to watching the area grow!
