New country house with pool and sea views

The 2019 newly built house with approx. 107 m² of living space is modernly equipped and consists of a living / dining room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Washing machine, dishwasher, Internet with WLAN and satellite TV with German television are also available.

In front of the house there is a covered terrace of approx. 10 m² with a fantastic view over the mountains to the sea. The plot of approx. 2,500 m² is planted with old olive trees and has a large swimming pool with an outdoor shower and plenty of space to relax.

The property is in a quiet and undisturbed location, about 1.8 km from the white village of "Sayalonga", where there are typical for this region, the small supermarkets in the small alleyways and streets, a post office, a small medical center, a pharmacy, a car repair shop and various bars and restaurants.

The coast and the beautiful sandy beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by car and there are all shopping and leisure opportunities. Further along the beautiful coastal road you can quickly reach the popular holiday resorts "Vélez-Málaga", "Torre del Mar" and "Nerja" with the "Balcone de Europe". "Malaga City" and the airport can be reached in about 30 minutes, and the holiday resort of the rich and famous "Marbella" can be reached in about 60 minutes.

The Costa del Sol is the most popular holiday region in Andalusia and one of the most visited areas in all of Spain. The climate here is very pleasant all year round and with over 2900 hours of sunshine a year, the weather is almost guaranteed. The sunshine duration is about 8 hours per year on average, in the summer months even 11 hours per day.

Droomlocatie in Sayalonga

Het contact met Paula en Norbert verliep heel vlot. Ze reageren heel snel. Het huis is in perfecte staat en alles wat je maar kan bedenken is aanwezig. Het enige minpuntje zou eventueel kunnen zijn dat een beetje extra schaduw aan het zwembad tijdens de zomermaanden welkom is. Maar dat is een detail.

Wonderfull house in the country

Nice house. The location was fantastic. Lovely view. The road to the house was really nice. Typical Spanish road in the mountains in the countryside. All facilities were top. The house was clean and nice. Great help from Daniela and Peter when we had problems with the grill. Was resolved super quickly. The house is highly recommended.

Traumhaus etwas höher gelegen

Die Villa liegt etwas höher in den Bergen, mit einem wunderschönen Blick zum Meer. Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa PaNo war unbeschreiblich schön. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Einziger Punkt, kein Kritikpunkt, ist das Bett im Kinderzimmer, welches durch den Härtegrad der Matratze, unangenehme Schmerzen im Rückenbereich bei unseren Teenagern hervor gerufen hat. Dies ist aber ein persönliches Empfinden. Unterschiedliche Chill areas Laden zum entspannen ein. Der Pool ist traumhaft und ich habe es wirklich genossen, ihn sauber zu halten. Pool Sauger und Besen sind für die Gäste frei zugänglich. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer, der Fam. Heidl und vor Ort mit Peter und Daniela, war sehr nett und herzlich. Von der Autobahn zum Haus fährt man über Serpentinen in ungefähr 20 Minuten. Man sollte schon ein vernünftiges Auto haben und kein Fahranfänger sein, da der letzte Anstieg doch sehr steil ist( aber nur die kurze Strecke). Fährt man aber die etwa 3 km längere Strecke, sollte es für niemanden ein Problem sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl und Mercadona sind in 20-25 Minuten erreichbar. Man fährt zwangsläufig an Lidl vorbei, wenn man im Meer baden gehen möchte. Familie Heidl, wenn wir eine Familie wären, die nicht noch andere Länder und deren Sitten kennenlernen möchten….. wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Un nido en la montaña

Llegar cuesta,es cierto, la pendiente es importante;pero merece la pena por las vistas y la sensación de soledad. Total intimidad. No es exactamente irse al desierto, en realidad estábamos muy cerca de otras casas, pero la sensación es maravillosa. Recomiendo explorar a pie los caminos montaña arriba, entre corcojas, chaparros, hinojos y vides asilvestradas. Peros: El agua de la piscina no está a una temperatura aceptable para el baño (De una española ☺️) hasta pasado el almuerzo. Una pequeña placa solar sería algo perfecto. Vimos un atardecer tan hermoso que lo recordaremos toda la vida. El pueblo es muy interesante, y puedes estar en la playa en media hora.

Wonderfull relaxation - and nervewrecking drive

The House: Just as lovely and nice as the images and description. Here is nice, clean and almost Scandinavian in the décor. Beds are good, toilet and shower spacious. Indoor seating is limited to a dining table, but you probably doesn’t come here to be indoors very much. The pool is really nice and there are many good places to sit outdoors. Here is very calm - the pulse can come down completely! BUT - only one out of three aircons worked (and this is very important to us) and the problem I can see from previous reviews has been going on for at least a month. It had been easy to inform us long before our arrival. (We understand that a power surge has smashed the PCB in the defective devices, and that new ones cannot be sourced in the difficult situation the world is in right now.) However, we got a reduction on the rent, but only after we had arrived and found out! We would much rather have had what we had ordered. The surrounding area: The residential area itself is "well up the mountain". Here is beautiful, but the drive from the highway, which is only a few km. away in direct line, is 9 km. long and takes about 20 min....if you dare to drive fast! It's hairpin turns on hairpin turns, and especially the last stretch from Sayalonga is also a bit nerve-wracking. The roads up here are miserable, super narrow, rise "vertically" and even the driveway to the house is STEEP and NARROW - especially in a rental car you are not used to (and yes, I have driven many cars, and many km. in my life - up here neither my wife nor daughter dared to drive). We recommend that you have a car with an automatic transmission, and not too big (We drove a Ford Puma, and it should not be larger) and with a good suspension (not the Ford). That said - It IS beautiful and peaceful, but since we like to get around and see / experience, we will probably not choose a house that is "hidden away" another time. If, on the other hand, you are going to have a "relaxation holiday", and only away from the plot a few times, it is a super choice. All this is not criticism, but something to know and relate to. We did love the house - but has learned what WE are looking for in the future. Thanks for letting us stay at the house. Thomas, Vinnie & Nanna

Peaceful

Everything you could want was at this lovely villa, home from home, definitely need a car and the road is very high and windy, but I'm a wimp with heights, only niggle with us was aircon playing up but just opened windos wide, Peter who met us is a lovely guy, really enjoyed 😉 😀 thank you
