"On arrival the member of staff on reception was very welcoming and made check in quick and easy. Some parts of the hotel were a little scruffy but our room was impressively clean. We were blocked on my credit card €90 for a damage deposit and worried we wouldn't get it back as there were a couple of scuffs from chairs on the wall and the kitchen sink tap didn't sit properly but it worked. (We shouldn't have worried as it was unblocked as soon as we checked out! )The beds were very comfortable and re-made on our second night even though we didn't ask them to,which was a lovely surprise when we got back. The room had amazing Aircon too which meant a great comfy night's sleep for me! The bathroom was lovely and clean and the shower was great. The kitchenette was a bonus for us and made the stay so much easier. I will definitely use this place again. So close to decent restaurants and the train station. It was very easy to get to in the car too. Would 100% recommend for hassle free trips into Paris from here. It was also a very good price for two nights in August."

"CitizenM is a really cute hotel chain with a consistent look and feel. It’s perfect for artsy types and digital nomads. Their Paris hotels have great coworking spaces, although I’m not a fan of the reservation system. Still, they’re great places to work. I personally like the rooms. They’re very compact, but they have everything you need, from an iron to a hair dryer. I do wish they welcomed guests with a bottle of water. Filtered water is available at the bar, but getting it can take way too long. They could really use a couple of self-service water stations. For some reason, the women on staff were especially warm and wonderful, particularly Kika (maybe Keeka) When I needed an ice pack, she improvised one using ice and a plastic glove. Smart! The men were mostly curt and unfriendly. Maybe it’s because I’m not a hot lady. Haha. Who knows?"

"We stayed one night before our trip back to the airport. The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. The kids loved the kid corner and the small indoor pool. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and great coffee options too!"

"Why haven’t you booked this, if you are reading this review, you should not wait. Hotel is right next to Gare De Lyon, smart way to travel around Paris. Take metro, RER or sncf, it’s all here. Amazing lobby on Mezzanine level, rooms are superb. Having stayed at another hotel in Paris as an American tourist, this hotel hits the home run."

"Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect hotel! We had a wonderful 3 nights here, while we ate out every evening we did enjoy the bar in the hotel and its amazing views of Paris. Highly recommend, I think you would need to look very hard for a more complete Paris experience!"

"As a solo traveler, my experience was great. Clean room, good AC, helpful staff. Room was exactly as advertised and was ready on time. They have a room (unlocked) to store baggage before or after checkout which was really helpful for me."
