The staff who greeted us upon our check-in on Sunday were very friendly. However, the lady overseeing breakfast and checkout on Monday wasn't the friendliest.
The breakfast options were quite limited; the choices did not resemble what was shown in the pictures in their advertisements. The outside of the hotel looked pretty run-down and in need of some TLC. At least the door latches to the rooms had previously been reinforced for safety. Our room had a musty smell coming from the A/C, and the bathroom smelled like a dirty mop.
While we understand that we get what we pay for, I chose this hotel for the price, location, and also because of the "photos" that made it seem like a nice, clean place to stay. However, I now suspect that many of the photos were stock images.
That said, it did serve its purpose of giving us a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable, it was pretty quiet, and the staff on Sunday afternoon were very professional and friendly.
