"We enjoyed our stay at HIE again. We stay here all the time when we fly in and out of Mpls. Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Staff is great, and the shuttle service is very good also. They also have a good breakfast that's included with the room, best we've had at any hotel. We had to take off to early this time for our flight, so didn't get to enjoy it. I did a good cup of coffee to go though. I highly recommend staying here, especially when traveling! 5☆ hotel in my book! 🤗"

"After spending several days canoeing and portaging through the Boundary Waters in Superior National Forest, this hotel was what we needed. We arrived exhausted, dirty, and ready for a hot shower and a good night’s sleep. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable (a little firm for my taste, but other’s in my party liked them), and everything felt fresh and welcoming. My only wish is that room service had been available, but ordering through Uber Eats was easy and made for a convenient...

"When we arrived to our room all the lights were on, including the bathroom light and so was the TV. Seemed odd. Upon crawling into bed I felt a dampness on my body and upon further dampness I realized the comforter itself was wet and almost sticky which made the bed sheets also damp. Called front desk. Girl was not helpful. She sent manager up who wanted to see what I was talking about then asked if I wanted new bedding or a room change. Both options were inconvenient but we chose room change....
