Villa du Moulin is a superb villa located in Provence on the holiday park Les Demeures du Luc. Les Demeures du Luc is a holiday park with 44 villas and has communal facilities such as a large swimming pool and tennis court. Guests can make use of the facilities free of charge.



Entrance with toilet, access to the living room with television. Spacious kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. From the kitchen you walk outside to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy the food outside. Also on the covered terrace is a beautiful lounge set. Laundry with washing machine and dryer, extra fridge/freezer, and large garage.



There is a master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and double sink.



First floor: Two spacious bedrooms with spacious fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have two single beds. Separate toilet and a second bathroom with bath, shower, and double sink.



Outside: over the entire length of the back of the villa is a roof, including a luxurious lounge set and a garden table with chairs. Private swimming pool with sun beds and mature olive trees make the garden a true paradise. The pool is open from May - September. Guests can enjoy sunshine the whole day and relax in the private garden. You will have amazing views over the surroundings, because the villa is located at the border of the resort.
