Spacious & Sunny, Beach Cottage - Walk to Beach

90 Day Minimum Stay. Relax and unwind in this modern, beach themed home. Turquoise waves and world-class Satellite Beach is just a 1 block walk away. This sunny, mid-century home has 4 bedrooms and 2000+ sq feet on a single level making it ideal for families, seniors, and groups. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nearby to restaurants, a movie theater and grocery stores. Not to mention just an 1hr from Orlando International Airport, Disney and all of Orlando's theme parks.

Picture a beautiful mid-century beach home, reimagined with a modern beach chic aesthetic. The whole home is painted in beautiful beachy colors with just a pop of fun. The decor is a lot beach, a little chic, and just a touch of glam.

The whole house and yard is yours to enjoy. The house is ranch style but has some small steps / level changes throughout as well as two steps to the front door.

You'll be completely autonomous. I'll make sure you have everything you need prior to arrival: wifi, door code, etc and provide a house manual with all of my favorite activities, restaurants, etc...

We provide you with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, you need for the perfect beach vacation.

Please note that you are required to provide an accurate guest count in your reservation. While the house can accommodate many people there is an extra guest fee of $50 / per guest / per night after six guests. This helps keep costs low for smaller group but also cover the extra cost of cleaning, utilities, wear and tear, etc for bigger groups. You can adjust your reservation after you make it to add or remove guests.

Quaint getaway

We had a wonderful stay here with our teens. House was a spacious, clean, and charming. Hosts were helpful and responsive. We went to 5 different beaches in the area with easy access and all were nice. Definitely a relaxing week and would stay here again!

Granddaughters high school graduation

Property was as advertised. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was there. Our only minor issue was trying our hardest to keep the sand out of the bathtub. Even rinsing at the beach and outside the house could not prevent a minor amount of sand from finding its way into the bathtub. We were able to wash and dry all the sheets and towels before we left.

Quiet and Comfortable beach house!

We enjoyed staying here. Super close to the beach and amenities. Owner was responsive to messages and was accommodating to our circumstances! We would stay here again!

Great vacation home!

Beautiful vacation home with plenty of room! Jude and Ember had everything we needed from a pack and play, high chair, to beach toys and chairs. Loved the location close to Hightower and pelican beach park. Close to DeSoto Park to look for manatees. Great food nearby: Villion coffee, goombays, long doggers. Loved being away from the cocoa beach crowds, but was a short drive to spend the day!

We will definitely be back!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and exactly like described. I surprised to see all the things that were at the house for us to use. Especially in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this for families even ones with kids. We will stay again for sure!

Satellite Beach

Lots of space for large groups. Well stocked unit. Garage for bikes and golf clubs. Great beach access and close to causeway to Merritt Island or Melbourne. Just south of Cocoa Beach.

Apply the good old 3 L's of Real Estate

Location was just right with the Pineda Causeway running just south of Patrick Air Force Base....one morning I got to enjoy the Bugle sounds of Revelry sipping my morning Coffee outside in the Rocking Chair with company. Interior was comfortable for all 6 adults & 2 Toddlers. There could be more blinds on windows to reduce the morning sunlight on east facing bedroom which can be warm even with AC set @ 70*F . Also, when the bathroom lights are on the light shines out of the two bathroom Windows into rear west side bedroom. That Master bedroom is the warmest with only one Vent. However, the two interior bedrooms are the coolest. Overall, everything worked as it should & not breakdowns occurred. I would like to stay again sometime.

First time in sattelite beach...it was fantastic! The house was more than we imagined. The few neighbors that we spoke to were fantastic. Jude and Ember were fantastic. House contained everything that we needed or wanted. Very clean.Very gracious hosts. Very quick to respond to any questions we had...

Very accommodating host, let us stay an extra couple hours the day of our checkout. Very responsive.

Great place for everyone to have their own space after a day at the beach. Everyone was able to go home and chill out. The washer and dryer were very convenient.

Our first beach house stay

Jude and Ember were awesome and communicated well.they were extremely accomodating,making sure we felt at home.we didn't need to bring anything but our own food,everything else was provided/offered which i thought to be awesome.the place was clean all the way around.i would recommend this place and we would definitely stay again! Great location! Close to the beach!

We enjoyed the quiet street and the proximity to the beach. The house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were an added bonus! Make sure to try Fat donkey ice cream, squid lips for sunset dinner, and Nippon Thai for some authentic Thai food and sushi.
