"We arrived late because of flight delays, but were welcomed and no problems. Always staff were friendly and helpful. The building is old and not perfect, but kept clean and looked after. Breakfasts were ordinary, but plentiful. Didn't eat there in the evening - it seemed a bit noisy for me. "

"The rooms are clean, well presented, a decent size, with a good shower and bed. TV is very small though. Location is great, especially the outside bar space on a sunny day, with fantastic views. Parking available outside or if busy in the street too. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Food, especially breakfast was of a high standard too. Would highly recommend."

"Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better."
