We stayed in the Yellow Tiny House and while I am VERY grateful to have found a place to stay on such short notice for a family medical emergency. HOWEVER... we requested an early check in at the time we made the reservation and even offered to pay the extra $30, but they really made no attempt to clean the place early, in fact they were STILL cleaning it when we arrived (for the second time) at 3:20pm (they didn't offer to compensate us for being late in cleaning it though)
And the AC did NOT adequately cool the tiny home... it was hot and miserable until about 11:00pm when it finally cooled off enough to at least relax. Our other MAJOR complaint is that, while these units are really cute in the picture they have online... it did NOT have the same couch as in the photos, it was a BROKEN futon that took about 20 minutes to rig together to work as a bed. The wifi was VERY intermittent and TV took forever to get anything on it and kept freezing up. The entire place smelled like cheap Pine-Sol and mildew and the flooring throughout the home felt like you were about to fall through it... these places need A LOT OF MAINTENANCE... can't believe they get away with charging so much for what could be a really great place if they would just do the proper maintenance.
