There's better elsewhere

If you only need a comfy bed, then this is your place. If you need anything else, like housekeeping to make your bed, toilet paper, or a quiet night's sleep, then you're probably better off booking a hostel. During the 4 nights we stayed there, we were offered 1 roll of toilet paper, and despite asking for more we never got any and had to get our own. During the 4 nights, our room was cleaned once. The first day, housekeeping just made the bed and chucked the throw blanket in the corner of the room. The next two days we came back and it was clear that no one had come in the room to do anything other than give another small towel. The hotel is right by some city bins as well - so expect about 10 minutes of loud bin noise every night. Breakfast is average - but we ended up going out for fruit and the local bakery instead. All you're really paying for is the location - which I reckon there's better offers out there.

Hotel room didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly upon arrival. Chewing gum stuck to bedside table, skid mark in toilet. Once cleaned room comfortable, hotel great for exploration of Sarajevo and surrounding areas.

We had a lovely experience. Walking distance from the Old City and Yellow Fortress. It’s a gem. Parking is in front of the hotel. I stayed with my family which includes two small children ages 7, 9.

Ideally located hotel

Everything was good except hotel room booked and paid for, not available and giving a room in another building 2 doors away without apologizing or prior notice. When questioned, stated that they had a large group booking who wanted to be all together. We found this totally unacceptable

Reception is not 24 hours. No English at reception, none. Hand gestures needed to check in. Bathroom lights out, very dark. Had to ask for towels. Shower is smallest I’ve ever seen. Imposible to shower without plastic shower curtain rubbing your whole body which is disgusting and awkward.

Good location and pleasant stay

Our stay was wonderful at Hotel Berr. The location is excellent for the Old Town, quiet and close to amenities. Breakfast was good, just would be nice to have the option of some fruit and other cereals as well. Staff were very pleasant and helped with any queries. Only downside was the room itself wasn’t very clean, there were a few hairs and marks in the bathroom and dust in the bedroom. But overall a pleasant stay.

New hotel 1 minute from Baščaršija!

Hotel Berr is a new starting hotel. The location is great as it is just a 1 minute walk away from Baščaršija and very easy to find. The hotel is also close to a tram and bus stop so it is possible to go to other areas (New town, main bus station) and cities (Ilidza) very easily. The ventilation system wasn't great and so the room could be hot at some nights.

バザールに近い

バザール及び広場に近いホテル。 部屋は普通で値段相応ですが、十分快適でした。 特に女性の従業員は親切で、写真スポットを教えてくれました。一方、男性の従業員はちょっと愛想悪かったです。

친절한 직원들과 시내 도보 이용

지역 자체가 오래된 도시에 있다보니 호텔 공간도 협소하고 하룻빔 잠을 청하기엔 가격대비 문안했던 것 같습니다. 조식 포함이지만 그렇게 만족할만하진 못하고 대신 직원들은 매우 친절했고 인근 시내를 저녁에 다녀올 수 있어서 그나마 괜찮았습니다

Perfect location and hospitality

Hotel Berr is conveniently located just near the Old Town. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast has good variety and is tasty. I know Sarajevo well (used to live there). But it wouldn't matter, as things are easy with an hospitable staff that speaks English, wifi that works, and a location that makes walking to many of the sites of interest a pleasure. Overall, a great place to enjoy Sarajevo!

Perfektes Hotel in der Altstadt

Hotel Berr ist ein solides Hotel für 1 oder 2 Personen perfekt geeignet. Es liegt nur 3 Minuten von der Innenstadt (Altstadt) entfernt, so dass die Lage perfekt ist. Zimmer, Team/Service, Stadt = alles gut !

I had the worst stay in my entire coming in bosnia

Can you imagine hotel stuff to ask you to leave your room because couples are coming to take it. Add to that when I refused to go out since I pay for the hotel already the manager and yes the owner/manager threatened me to hit me and throw my stuff out! I told him I would call the police then he insulted me and my bosnian friend then agreed on refund and i went to another hotel
